Caring nanny for two kids in Ashbourne

Position: Nanny in our own home. Location: Ashbourne. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4/5pm. Start: Summer 2024 (negotiable). About Us: We are a professional couple based in Ashbourne, seeking a responsible and caring nanny to join our household and provide care for our two kids, aged 4 years and 1 year. While we are present in the home, we understand the importance of providing you with autonomy and space to focus on the children's well-being and development without interference. Responsibilities: * Engage and interact with both children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, reading, and creative projects. * Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children, including tidying up after playtime and mealtime . * Follow any established routines and schedules for the children, including nap times and educational activities. * Take the children to the garden when weather allows. * Provide basic care, such as diaper changes and assistance with toilet for older child. * Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children's development, behaviour and any concerns. Requirements: * Previous experience working as a nanny or childcare provider is a plus. * Genuine love for children and a nurturing personality. * Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities. * First aid preferred. * Non-smoker.
